Sheila is blessed to be married to John Piepho and has four children, three of whom attend Ambassador, and one has graduated. She has taught students from kindergarten through high school and loves watching students learn, grow, and excel using their God-given talents and abilities. The Lord saved her in her early twenties and she has enjoyed daily Bible study devotional time for nearly twenty years. Sheila graduated with Cum Laude honors from the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) with Bachelor of Science in broadcast journalism. She attained All-American status in both track and field and in cross country while at UNO. She earned a diploma from The Institute of Children’s Literature, and a certificate from the Biblical Counseling Training Center of Arizona. Her goal is to become a nationally certified Biblical counselor with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors. Sheila enjoys quilting, reading, sketching, running, hiking, and spending time with her family. She is a member of Grace Covenant Church in Gilbert, and is an adult sponsor for the youth group. A native of Nebraska, Sheila graduated from Bible Study Fellowship in Omaha, Nebraska, having been a children’s leader for three years, and a group discussion leader for an additional three years. She previously volunteered at her church in Papillion, Nebraska, as an AWANA Sparks/Truth and Training leader and the VBS missions coordinator.
